Message from the President
Mr. Sola Dosunmu
President, MBHSLOBA
Dear Fellow Old Boys, Friends, and Visitors,
It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to the official website of the Methodist Boys' High School, Lagos Old Boys' Association.
Methodist Boys' High School, Lagos, is more than just a school; it is a community, a tradition, and a lifelong brotherhood. For generations, our alma mater has nurtured young boys into responsible men, leaders, professionals, entrepreneurs, public servants, and citizens who have made their mark in Nigeria and beyond.
Regardless of when we passed through the gates of Broad Street or Sinari Daranijo Street, we remain connected by a common heritage and the values of discipline, integrity, excellence, service, and respect for others. These values have stood the test of time and continue to guide us in our personal and professional lives.
This website has been created to strengthen those bonds and bring our alumni community closer together. It is a platform where Old Boys can reconnect with one another, keep abreast of Association activities, support ongoing initiatives, celebrate milestones, and contribute to the continued growth and development of our beloved school.
As an Association, we are committed to building a vibrant, inclusive, and forward-looking community that serves the interests of our members while preserving the rich legacy handed down to us by those who came before us. We recognize that the future of our Association depends not only on the efforts of its leaders but also on the active participation and support of every Old Boy.
Whether you are a young graduate just beginning your journey, a seasoned professional, or a distinguished elder whose contributions have helped shape our history, there is a place for you in this Association. Your experience, ideas, support, and involvement matter.
As we look ahead, let us continue to uphold the values that define us, support one another as brothers, and work together to leave a legacy that future generations of Methodist Boys' High School students and Old Boys will be proud of.
I invite you to explore this website, stay connected, participate actively, and join us as we write the next chapter in the proud history of our Association.
Thank you for your continued commitment to our alma mater and to the enduring spirit of brotherhood that binds us together.
Yours sincerely,
Sola Dosunmu
